Upon completion of our customized questionnaire, a preliminary Design Consultation with the Style X Events team will be scheduled on a date and time of your choosing . The objective of this meeting is to establish your needs and preferences which will inform the foundation of the design concept.

From this meeting, we will provide you with a Design Proposal and Service Fee at a scheduled date.

We will schedule a subsequent Design Consultation to flush out the concept. We will work tirelessly on the Design Fabrication by transforming your ideas and individuality into a full-fledged concept centred around key design elements.

Through a personalized Design Brief, we will visually communicate the concept in full detail - color scheme, floral design, decor pieces and unique styling ideas that will bring a smile to your face.

At this stage, we will be hitting the ground running by leveraging our industry contacts, sourcing supplies locally and internationally, communicating and booking design-based vendors to bring the concept to fruition. Ahead of event day, we will create and make preparations for ahead
